Alfred
V. De Leo
As a Senior Partner in Performance, Alfred De Leo focuses on helping
financial institutions and other organizations develop strategic
directions and initiatives. He is also experienced in the disciplines
of team development, process and diagnostic consulting, team formation,
quality and process management, group dynamics, out-placement, and
consulting skills. Mr. De Leo, who is bilingual in English and Spanish,
has extensive experience in consulting with firms in the U.S., Europe,
and Latin America.
Mr.
De Leo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Statistics
from the University of Maryland and a Master of Arts degree from
the University of Virginia. He has taught at the University of Virginia,
Duquesne University, the University of Andres Bello in Caracas,
Venezuela, and Florida International University. He has participated
in programs at the National Training Laboratory in Bethel, Maine,
and at Synectics in Boston.
Al
De Leo was employed for many years by the Exxon Corporation, and
most recently served as Manager of Organization Development for
Esso InterAmerica in Coral Gables. Since 1986, he has worked for
Right Associates and Zenger-Miller and has been a lead consultant
for Achieve Global.
