Candidate’s Bill of Rights

At Performance Executive Search, we believe that all candidates who become involved in an executive search process deserve special attention. We think of this as the Candidate’s Bill of Rights:

• The right to be treated with dignity and respect throughout the search process.

• The right to have all aspects of your participation in the process kept confidential until you agree to permit us to release specific information.

• The right to receive all pertinent information about the client organization.

• The right to information about where you are in the process at any given time.

• The right to have access to the search consultant at any time.
